We have recently presented the new website of Akakia cosmetics trademark, redesigned by Grafia. At that moment we were working on the second stage of said project, related to the development of the online store of the trademark. And the time has come: Akakia’s e-commerce is available on the web!
Countless resources to ease online purchases can be found in this site. Surfing according to category or kind of product, in addition to full detail of every item by Akakia, as well as launchings and special offers turn browsing easier.

“Tio João, Páscoa e Você” (Uncle João, Easter and You): We tell you the outcome!
Grafia’s idea, the Cultural Contest “Tio João, Páscoa e Você” of the Josapar company, offered a delicious Easter to consumers all over Brazil.
Contestants sent recipes including Tio João ingredients, the best 10 of which, chosen by public voting, were highlighted in Josapar’s hotsite and were awarded the exclusive recipe book “Arroz é Saúde” (Rice and Health). The great winner, Sonia Regina Raddatz, from Blumenau – Santa Catarina – was also awarded a special kit with 15 products Tio João , due to the success of her recipe “Arroz Diferente” (Different Rice).
Such event took place between 22nd March and 9th April, and the agency’s monitoring evidenced that the number of logins to the website had increased by 65%. More than 70 recipes were sent from different regions of the country, and votes amounted to 1122. Thanks to the contest, we also recorded 67% more visits to the site and a growth of 14% in the time spent logged in to the website. They were a few days of many delicious dishes!

Loja Melissa (Melissa Store) Case in the F5
Paulo Pedó Filho, manager of Melissa/Grendene, attended the F5 seminar, held by ABRADI-RS last Tuesday, and jointly with our director, Luciano Desimon, presented the Loja Melissa Case and showed the results achieved in the nine-year e-commerce operation by this client.
Inquiries, suggestions, requirements, comments and news on the universe of the trademark are daily checked by the Grafia team. Paulo Pedó remarked a distinguishing feature of Melissa when stating that “consumers do not want a product, they want an experience with the trademark”. In that respect, Loja Melissa is not just a retail store, but a means of communication. To illustrate, the lecturers mentioned that two models of previous season’s collections are back in the catalogue of the trademark, at the request of consumers, as understood by means of the information monitored by the social media team.

Dell Anno Store has a new website
We have created Dell Anno’s new website. With the new face of the trademark, Alessandra Ambrósio, the website has acquired a style matching the image of the trademark.
Developed in flash, a minimalist trend can be observed in the clean style of the layout and in the format of the content display. Among the options in the menu, a new category which displays the accessories necessary to make up Dell Anno’s projects has been added.
Beside the “Accessories” option, the different lines products patterns can be viewed in full detail. The materials colour and pattern varieties enhance the site and enable customers to see every detail of the products.
Releases and clippings are updated with full material on the presence of the trademark in the media. To those eager to receive Dell Anno’s latest news, a register is offered in the newsletter.
Grafia is also preparing, in order to make part of that project, Dell Anno’s own blog. That new means of communication will be soon released.

Grendha has launched a new collection!
Grendha has just made public its new collection, named “Love Collection”. The presence of the actress, Juliana Paes, highlighted the beauty of the collection’s five new models.
Besides viewing the models in all their glorious detail by using the zoom available on the website, users can also invite other consumers to check out the brand’s shoes, thereby generating direct communication with its target audience. On the website it is also possible to view the video for the new launch and the opening of the 2010 Salvador Carnival in which the star Ivete Sangalo took part.
The previous collections, some of them graced by the presence of artists well-known to Brazilians, are still available on the website and all the brand’s models are given special attention, thereby constituting a shop window for consumers to find out about the models before finding them in actual stores.

A delicious competition is available!

Josapar, the biggest rice processor in Latin America, is tantalising its customers by way of the Cultural Competition, “Tio João, Easter and You!” and obviously Grafia is behind this project.
Until the next 9th of April, the Cultural Competition is accepting tasty recipes for submission to popular vote. The overall winner will receive a kit of Tio João products and an exclusive recipe book.
The publicising of the competition by way of e-mail marketing is at full steam at the agency. The results are already becoming apparent: just two days after launching the on-line competition, we achieved an increase of 50% in visits to Josapar’s website.
The recipes are being made available until the closing of the competition on Josapar’s website. Our mouths are watering!

Loja Melissa achieved 1 million visits in 30 days
The number of visits to the Loja Melissa website in the last 30 days is an achievement that is worth recording and sharing. 1 million visits*! We reached this milestone by way of a targeted effort towards Melissa’s customers, by ways of innovative launches and offers.
Melissa’s official Store at this moment is receiving a new collection of the brand known as Et Circenses and it has not only caught the attention of regular “Melissa fans”, but also gained approval for its new models. Growth of 86% in 2009 by Loja Coza
Loja Coza, Coza’s official virtual store, in 2009 recorded a growth of 86% and is preparing itself for 2010 with many new things. Besides the increase in traffic to the site and registrations to the e-mail list, that fact that the number of orders made was greater than expected was an historic event for the client.
In order to celebrate and for Loja Coza to better serve its customers, Grafia is planning a general overhaul of the brand’s website. Together with a new layout, there will be new content, promotions and other secrets that will be available very soon!
